One of the two boxes was missing a nut and washer to secure the unit to a vanity top for a retail store. It delayed installation for over a week at this writing in which I still have not received the missing part. The soap container should have been larger. I noticed in securing the plastic soap container that one must be exceedingly careful to not cross thread when attaching.
